Terms and Conditions of VCOURSE
VCOURSE, an online instructional media service, is a service of True Move H
Universal Communication co., ltd. (“the company”) for user (s) who has successfully registered via the
channel (s) specified by the company with the following terms and conditions:
- All online instructional media on VCOURSE that can be viewed by user (s) is a copyright of the company and/or the company is granted a permission from the copyright owner, representative of the copyright owner or any person specified by the law. Any further reproduction, alteration or distribution are not allowed by the company.
- This service is for personal use only and shall not be reproduced or publicly disclosed unless the permission is granted through a written document by the company.
- User (s) can view VCOURSE online instructional media via the website http://vcourse.ai/ and will be granted an access to free course (s) immediately after a successful registration and user (s) can further purchase commercial course (s) additionally as the price displayed on the website.
- The price displayed on the website already includes Value Added Tax (VAT). However, the company is responsible neither for internet service fee incurred when viewing nor any additional cost that may incur.
- The service lifetime of the online instructional media on VCOURSE may differ. User (s) may review the service lifetime in the course detail section shown on the website. If the course (s) expires, user (s) will lose an access and can no longer view the course (s). Shall the user (s) wish to continue watching the course (s) after expiration, the user (s) must pay to renew the course.
- For all paid courses, the course lifetime will start immediately after the payment is successful.
- The service cannot be changed or transferred to other person after the payment is successful.

Cancellation of Order
- 8.1 Cancellation shall be made by the user (s) within 7 days after a successful purchase.
- 8.2 If the user (s) has started any course purchased within the same order, cancellation of order cannot be made.
- 8.3 Cancellation of order may refer to the cancellation of all purchased items in the order.
- 8.4 User (s) will receive a refund within 15 days after a successful cancellation.
- 8.5 If the user (s) redeemed any privilege or discount in the cancelled order, this privilege or discount will not be reimbursed.

Cancellation Procedure
User (s) shall request the cancellation of order via customer service Line@VCOURSE by providing the following information:- 9.1 registered email on VCOURSE
- 9.2 order number
- 9.3 cancellation reason (s)
- The company acts merely as a copyright owner and/or is granted a permission from the copyright owner, representative of the copyright owner or any person specified by the law. The accuracy of a content (s) is not guaranteed by the company.
- The company is entitled to alter a content (s), terms, and conditions if appropriate without giving any advance notice to the user (s).
- If the company detects that the service (s) referred above is used improperly, illegally or in a way that can cause any damage to the company or does not align with the Service Terms and Conditions, the company is entitled to cancel this service (s) immediately.
- Shall the user have any difficulties viewing online instructional media on VCOURSE or require further information, he/she can contact 02-700-8044 (Monday to Friday, 8.00-17.00)
- Compliance and Confirmation of the User
The user is informed and allows the service provider to collect, evaluate, use, send or transfer the user’s personal information and disclose the user’s personal information for the benefits of services or for improving services and in order to act according to the laws related to personal data protection or for the objectives of market research and organizing sales promotion activities or for analyzing and presenting any service or product of the service provider and/or any person who is a distributor, an agent or related to the service provider and/or any business partner of the service provider and/or any company in True Group or for any other objective which is not illegal or so as to abide the laws or regulations enforced to the service provider at present and in the future. The service provider could send, transfer and/or disclose the above information to any company in the service provider’s group, service provider’s business partner, data estimator or any agency/organization/juristic person or person having a contract, agreement or juristic relations with the service provider or having a relationship together both domestically and abroad.
